Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour package with Khusi  Tour and Travels.

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Payment can be made through any government-authorized payment method.

2. Itinerary Changes

• Khusi  Tour and Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters.
• Any changes made will be communicated to the clients as soon as possible.

3. Liability

• Khusi  Tour and Travels are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by the clients during the tour.
• Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Complaints

• Any complaints regarding the tour services must be brought to the attention of the tour guide or Khusi  Tour and Travels representative during the tour.
• Written complaints must be submitted within 5-7 days of the tour completion.

5. Privacy Policy

• Khusi  Tour and Travels respects the privacy of its clients.
• Personal information collected will be used solely to provide tour services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

6. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
